Katie Wu

Katie Wu is a scientist, writer, and science writer, not necessarily in that order. She is currently a graduate student at Harvard University, where she studies how bacteria deal with stress so that she can one day learn to do the same. She also leads Science in the News, a graduate student organization dedicated to making cutting edge science accessible to the general public and training student scientists to better communicate their work. In her spare time, she serves as a heat-generating pillow for her cats and continues her quest to find the authentic tacos east of the Mississippi.
